I have a ZBook 15 G3 Laptop that won't install the Hotkey Support software for some reason and my brightness controls and the microphone mute key is not working on my computer. I tried to install the hotkey support software but it didn't work. When I attempt to install it from the exe it gives this message and then does nothing.
