WebI’m trying to go for a Sandevistan build with 2 second cool-down but I’m having trouble getting the legendary crafting spec for the Sandevistan heatsink. My technical ability is level 18 and I’ve got the edgerunner artisan perk. I’ve been doing 24 hour waits and re-visiting the ripperdoc in arroyo, but he never has it. WebIt's possible that the legendary version is coded in, but it's removed from the loot table due to some wierd calculations bugs like with legendary Armadillo.
