I've since dialled back much of my weight and strive to do the sets with 100% proper form. I find that it works my muscles more and I hurt less the next day. WebI hope if the doctor tells her she needs to stop lifting weights with that wrist/arm, she’ll listen. But, probably not because her relationship with exercise seems toxic. I had to unfollow last year because it was really apparent this woman cannot stand the idea of “losing gains/progress”.
