Web9 sep. 2015 · disable everything. In msconfig. go to the tab services, check 'Hide Microsoft services'. disable every other service, click apply, click ok and reboot if asked. If the problem does not occur in a clean boot, enable in taskmanager 1 item and in msconfig 1 service. Keep doing this until you find the culprit. It normally takes about 5 minutes for it to respond again, at which point it says that vscode is not responding.. I looked a bit more into this and it appears that node is the problem.
